I have a full three page biography of what I’ve done and where I’ve been, however, I believe that real estate is customer-centric. Every transaction in which I am involved is about the buyer and seller. Every listing I take is about the seller and the seller’s needs. When I am working with a buyer I go to every extreme to help them get into their ideal home. I have foul-weather gear to go out with buyers on those crazy Florida thunderstorm afternoons; I have every possible phone number known to man-kind to get in touch with lenders to negotiate short sales. I am willing to do whatever it takes to drive luxury home buyers to my luxury seller’s homes. I handle every situation as a unique transaction. No two transactions are alike, nor are any two clients. I customize my action plans based on the needs of each of my clients. My ability to plan, set goals, and create action plans to accomplish those goals is the hallmark of my success.

As for our team, our philosophy is based on integrity, flexibility, professionalism and results. Each of us holds the common belief that it’s not about the money, it is about what is best for the client. Don’t get us wrong, we are here to do a job and get paid for doing it, but not at the expense of our client’s needs nor our reputation. We are known as SouthShore TeamWorks; we specialize in the South Shore area of Tampa Bay and our Team Works to absolutely get the job done for you.

Sandy Huffer

Sandy Huffer relocated to Tampa in 2000 and immediately felt at “home” in the South Shore area—not at all a familiar feeling, as she was born in Taipei, Taiwan and spent her first 18 years living in such diverse cultures as Okinawa, India, Cyprus, England and Greece. After marrying her husband Ray in 1983, they embarked on their own adventure moving from Virginia to Maryland’s Eastern Shore then to Orlando, North Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi and finally back to Florida again. While affectionately referring to their southerly migration as the “winter elimination plan” and admitting that traveling is definitely in her blood, Sandy fell in love with the small town warmth of the South Shore area and everything the coastal lifestyle has to offer.

After 25+ years employed in the government and corporate environs, Sandy began her real estate career in 2006. Her #1 priority is to provide exemplary service by offering enthusiasm, honesty, dedication, and the knowledge to turn real estate dreams into a reality. As a result of her traveling background, Sandy is uniquely qualified to understand the challenges and excitement of relocation—whether that move is from overseas, another state, or across town. She is committed to professionally and energetically understanding the needs of each and every client and serving them with the highest standards of care.

When she’s not assisting clients, Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband and their cats, traveling, boating, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She has a true passion for animals and is a supporter of the Humane Society, C.A.R.E., and participates locally in the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) feral cat program.
