Hi....Thanks for visiting my website. I'm K.C. Wilson, a fourth-generation native Floridian who was fortunate enough to grow up on an orange grove in southwest Florida. I have been a real estate professional all my adult life, licensed in 1969, and have lived and sold real estate on Florida's southeast coast, Florida's southwest coast, the U.S. Virgin Islands....and now in my new favorite part of Florida, here on the south shore of Tampa Bay.

"Southshore", as the locals call it, is conveniently located in Hillsborough County on Florida's west coast, about 30 miles south of Tampa, 30 miles north of Sarasota, and across Tampa Bay from St. Petersburg, and includes Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Sun City Center, Wimauma, Riverview, and Gibsonton. Growing rapidly but retaining the small-town flavor that makes it such a great place to live, Southshore offers big-city convenience just minutes away...gourmet and casual dining, 'til-you-drop shopping, public and private golf courses, sugar-sand beaches, state-of-the-art medical facilities, gateway-to-anywhere airports, and miles and miles of interlocking waterways, highways and country roads.
